EDITORIALI

With the issue of the month of April, one of the founding bulletins of ISDB has reached a symbolic anniversary, which is worth been celebrated and underlined for and by all members of ISDB.
Not only, nor principally for its long term indurance, which is already so challenging in a country which is since long loosing its cultural creativity, but for the so many times renewed capacity of creating interchanges, trust, dialectical confrontations among the various actors of the health system, so that the original hope of its title - Research and Practice should coincide and reciprocally recognize the other as a priority - could become a reality.
In this perspective, drugs could better play, directly or indirectly, their role of indicators of a culture and of a policy, and information a critical observatory of met and unmet needs.
On the behalf also of the other Italian bulletins, as the senior of the family, IsF gives its best thanks and wishes to Maurizio Bonati, director, and to his collaborators of R&P.
